The slot sensor distinguishes between labels and carrier materials based on signal attenuation: labels on carrier materials have a stronger signal attenuation effect than carrier materials alone.
Process stabilization
Gloss and ambient light do not pose any challenges to ultrasonic technology. Even transparent, specularly reflective or deep black labels can be easily detected.
