Remark:

① When the installation distance is 100mm, the light is blocked at a distance of 50mm from the receiver. The error margin to the ideal straight line.

②When the light is half blocked at the middle of the installation distance. The average number of times is set to 16 and sampling is performed for 30 seconds.

(iii) The variation of the measured data when the light is blocked by a 6 mm metal plug gauge at a distance of 50 mm from the receiver at a mounting distance of 100 mm, and the temperature varies from 20 to 50°C.
